Well, I'll be out of the studio all day today. I hope to be working on a new "tree" painting by the end of the week. I was supposed to be "finishing" the peony painting below, but I am not liking it and I think I'll just put it away for now. It's really amazing how high you can get from a successful painting session and how totally discouraged you get from a failure. I'm wanting to paint something that makes me happiest. Trees
