Detail

School was cancelled today, due to a snow storm, but I still managed to finish it. I've decided that this is the first of a series of "tree" paintings for 2010. Ten paintings. I really am so sad that you miss all the wonderful colors and brush strokes in these small pictures. I'll have to post some "detail photos" when I get a chance. Tomorrow I plan to finish up all the things that need to be done for a show in for Feb - March. It will include 6 paintings that were painted to express what "emerging" is for me. There will be 6 other artists showing and they all will have their 6 representations of "emerging" as well. I am excited, it should be great. I'll give you more details just before the show...
