This isn't the best composition - I know. But I have to break the rules with the zinnias. The centers of these flowers are so fun to paint. It's like a little community in there. 12"x12" oil.
Because most of the paintings I paint are a bit larger than what I can finish in one day, some are posted in an unfinished state so you can see what I am working on.
