I guess I've been painting a lot of tomatoes lately. They are just so... red! The Portland Show was great. I was so inspired by all the different dogs that passed my stand. My son and I decided to take pictures of as many varieties as we could. I have some 25+ great shots to work from. It should be a fun little series of pooches so stay tuned, I just have one more commission to finish up first.

Like the tomatoes! You handled the shadows really well--especially in that tight center. Sorry I missed the Art Show. I had more catching up than I realized after being away for the workshop.
